Telegram gives you an option where you can select who can see your last seen time. To configure this, go to “Settings”, “Privacy and Security” and then tap on “Last Seen & Online”. Recipients will get a notification as usual, but their device won’t make sound, even if it is in general mode. Let’s say you have enabled the “Slow Mode” and set an interval of 1 minute. Telegram is all about privacy and security, and it isn't beholden to larger companies like Facebook. All your normal chat media will be saved in your cloud storage. But, secret chats are not a part of the Telegram cloud.
